“Got this last minute for one night. It wasn’t a bad price. Front desk guy was super friendly. The room could use a deep cleaning though. They don’t seem to mop the floors so our feet became black after walking on it. The top of the floor boards had dirt on them. Don’t get me wrong the room was clean just needs a more thorough cleaning. You could smell the disinfectant when you first go into the room. We opened the window and left for a little while to air it out. The bed was super soft so if you need a firm bed probably not for you. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner they only have little packs of conditioning shampoo and a tiny soap bar. It’s not far from the beach but there aren’t any sidewalks for a block or so.”
“We stayed out of season so it was quiet. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but it could use some cosmetic updates. The location is great and overall I would recommend.”
“We stayed at Seacoast Motel in Wells for a week during our Maine vacation and had a great experience. I’ll admit I was hesitant at first about booking a motel, but I couldn’t have been more wrong — the place is cute, this room is very clean, comfortable, and odor-free. It has all the basics you need for the short stay and more. We booked a King room, and the highlight was definitely the spotless, odorless, very comfortable bed. After a long day of exploring, it was always nice to come back to a freshly cleaned room and have a good sleep. The location is excellent — right on the Wells–Ogunquit town line, close to shops, great restaurants (Stutesy’s Grill is right next door), beaches, and local attractions. It feels like a family-run business, and the lady who checked us in was so sweet and welcoming. That personal touch really made the stay even better. Overall, Seacoast Motel exceeded my expectations. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we’re in the area.”
“Booked a night from Expedia. When we arrived the staff was friendly and the motel was clean. Great pool, great room, great bed for a nice comfortable sleep. Quiet and clean. Would and will absolutely stay again. Great place for family. Not fancy but absolutely has everything you need”
